Alpha Child Therapy presents a unique, screen-free experience where children explore balance, creativity, and calmness through yoga practices and joyful art activities!

In this 4-week class, kids will strengthen body and mind while enhancing focus, creativity, and emotional regulation. Guided by a therapist and yoga instructor, it’s a holistic journey that nurtures confidence and self-expression.
